Direct Reports: Executives & Senior Executives (Customer Coordination Team)
Product Scope: Containers, Closures, Ophthalmic products, PP Vials, and Current Products
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Supervise and guide CC team members across daily tasks: order punching, customer communication, invoice signing, shipment tracking, and minimizing sales rejections.
Production Planning & Material Coordination:
Plan SKU production schedules across both manufacturing plants to meet demand.
Monitor store stock levels for liners and special raw materials; coordinate purchase requisitions with Procurement.
Daily Sales & Dispatch Tracking:
Plan daily dispatch schedules each morning and monitor execution against plan.
Share real-time dispatch and tracking updates with customers.
Master Data & Account Management:
Maintain and update recent product item codes in shared trackers.
Oversee customer accounts pan-India, ensuring timely order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Payment Collections:
Follow up on outstanding receivables and ensure timely payment of collections across all customer accounts.
Key Requirements & Skills
Experience: 5–8+ years in Sales Operations / Customer Coordination (manufacturing, packaging, or pharma preferred).
