Role & responsibilities
Handle Electrical & Automation maintenance of tyre manufacturing equipment from RM Mixing to Final Finishing.
Siemens PLC programming, modification and troubleshooting is compulsory.
Handle Siemens S7-300/400, S7-1200/1500, TIA Portal/STEP 7, HMI & SCADA.
Troubleshoot VFD, Servo, sensors, control panels and industrial communication systems.
Handle HT/LT systems, transformers, MCC/PCC, DG, APFC, motors and electrical distribution.
Execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance and drive RCA.
Support machine installation, commissioning, automation upgrades
Ensure electrical safety, statutory compliance and optimum equipment availability.
