Roboson is looking for a Customer Support Executive with excellent spoken English and robust customer-handling skills to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp and email.
Assist customers with product-related queries and troubleshooting.
Resolve complaints and coordinate with internal teams.
Conduct customer feedback calls and maintain interaction records.
Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets.
Freshers and experienced candidates (0–2 years) can apply.
Female candidates preferred.
