Job Summary

Bhanwariya Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented ERP Executive to support the Procurement Department in ERP operations, data management, procurement documentation, and reporting. The candidate should have hands-on experience with ERP systems and solid MS Excel skills to ensure data accuracy and smooth workflow coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate data entries in the ERP system.
Support procurement-related ERP operations, including purchase orders, material records, and vendor data.
Maintain MIS reports, procurement records, and documentation.
Verify data accuracy and resolve ERP-related discrepancies.
Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Stores, and Project teams.
Prepare and update reports using MS Excel.




Support ERP process improvements and ensure timely data updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate or Diploma holder in a relevant discipline.
2–3 years of experience in ERP Operations, ERP Support, MIS, or Data Management.
Mandatory: Exposure to Delta ERP, SAP, Tally, or similar ERP platforms.
Robust knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
Understanding of ERP workflows and procurement processes.
Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and data accuracy.
