Incoming inspection of paint and checking as per purchase order.
Monitor and verify daily weather log sheet, blotter test, beaker test, blasting pressure, salt contamination test, dust test, profile check, WFT, DFT, adhesion test, holiday test, etc.
Day-to-day inspection as per the request at our work and supplier place with respect to quality plan.
• Monitoring the calibration of measuring and monitoring devices.
Preparation of blasting and painting record for client manufacturing data record.
Co-ordinating with customer on stage wise inspection.
Preferred candidate profile
BE / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Min 2 years of experience in blasting & painting inspection experience in overall experience
Knowledge of painting inspection & basic engineering.
Knowledge of reading basic engineering drawing.
Knowledge of handing measuring instruments.
