Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
Configure CRM entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
Develop plugins, custom workflows, and JavaScript customizations.
Work with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
Integrate Dynamics CRM with external applications using REST APIs/Web APIs.
Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and production support.
Prepare technical documentation and support CRM enhancements.
Work closely with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders.

Required Skills
Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Positive knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript,



and SQL Server.
Hands-on experience with Plugins, Workflows, Custom Actions, and Web API.
Experience with Dataverse and Power Platform.
Knowledge of CRM security, solutions, and workplace management.
Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Field Service.
Knowledge of Azure integration services.
Experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are an advantage.
