Candidates must have valuable communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English and a passion for assisting customers and resolving their queries professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information about company products and services.
Assist customers with questions, complaints, and service-related issues.
Communicate professionally with customers and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved.
Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Build positive customer relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Intermediate).
Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree, B.Tech, Engineering,



or any other higher qualification are also welcome to apply.
Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Positive communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English are mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and email-handling skills.
Good problem-solving skills and a customer-friendly attitude.

Required Languages
Kannada HINDI ENGLISH Mandatory

Additional Languages Knowledge of Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
