We are hiring a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our Shopify-based online store for Automotive. Ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates eager to grow in e-commerce operations and online sales.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Shopify product listings, images, pricing, and inventory
Process website orders and coordinate with warehouse & logistics
Track order status and resolve delivery-related issues
Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Manage leads from WhatsApp, website, and social media
Coordinate with marketing for banners, offers, and campaigns
Monitor basic sales and website performance reports
Required Skills:
Positive communication and customer-handling skills
Attention to detail & time management
Basic design sense and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Shopify is a plus
Interest in the Automotive field preferred
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome) Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
