Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and maintain quality standards across tyre manufacturing processes.
Conduct physical and chemical testing of raw materials, compounds, and finished tyres.
Support in-process quality inspections and product testing.
Analyze quality defects, customer complaints, and rejection data.
Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain quality records, testing reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with Production, R&D;, and Quality teams for continuous improvement.
