Key Responsibilities
Managing end-to-end e-commerce operations across the company website and online marketplaces.
Driving online sales growth and achieving monthly revenue targets.
Managing marketplace accounts, product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
Planning product launches, collection updates, and seasonal sales.
Monitoring sales performance, conversion rates, margins, and product profitability.
Coordinating with merchandising, production, and warehouse teams for inventory availability and timely order fulfillment.
Planning and managing e-commerce photoshoots, including shoot schedules, budgets, vendor coordination, and final content delivery.
Coordinating with the digital marketing team or agency for campaigns, advertisements, and promotions.
Managing marketplace relationships, account issues, returns, and customer escalations.
Analyzing sales trends, bestsellers, slow-moving inventory,



and stock requirements.
Preparing sales MIS, performance reports, and growth plans.
Supervising junior e-commerce staff and improving operational efficiency.

Required Skills
Strong experience in managing e-commerce websites and marketplaces.
Knowledge of Shopify, Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, or similar platforms.
Advanced MS Excel, sales analysis, and reporting skills.
Understanding of marketplace commissions, pricing, margins, and profitability.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage sales targets, operations, and team performance.

Preferred: Experience managing fashion or apparel e-commerce accounts with demonstrated sales growth. Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
