Key Skills:
Manage day-to-day D2C logistics, e-commerce marketplace, and Quick Commerce operations.
Coordinate with 3PL warehouses, courier partners, transporters, and internal teams for timely dispatches and deliveries.
Handle Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central operations, order processing, PO tracking, and inventory updates.
Monitor PO fulfillment, fill rate, stock availability, OOS SKUs, shipment ageing, and delivery TAT.
Manage courier pickups, NDR, RTO, reverse logistics, customer returns, RTV, and shipment claims.
Coordinate dispatch planning, vehicle placement, delivery appointments, POD tracking, and SLA adherence.
Maintain accurate operational data across ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS, and marketplace portals.
Prepare daily MIS reports and track operational KPIs to identify performance gaps and improve efficiency.
Ensure proper documentation, including e-way bills, invoices, transporter billing, and shipment records.
Resolve operational escalations, coordinate reconciliations, and ensure timely closure of pending issues.

Preferred Profile
1+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, D2C, E-commerce, or Marketplace Operations.
Hands-on experience with 3PL partners, inventory management, and operational MIS.
Relevant platform experience in Amazon or Quick Commerce is an added advantage.
