We are looking for enthusiastic, creative, and well-organized Event Managers to join our Advertising and Event Management team. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for planning and executing events.

Freshers with an interest in event management and experienced candidates with strong event coordination skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish.
Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and expectations.
Manage event schedules, vendors, and logistics.
Coordinate with decorators, production teams, caterers, photographers, and other service providers.
Handle exhibitions, corporate events, weddings, product launches, promotional activities, and special events.
Supervise on-site event setup and ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Ensure events are delivered on time and within the approved budget.
Handle last-minute changes and resolve in office issues effectively.




Maintain good client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements
Any degree or relevant qualification preferred.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during events.
A creative mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication is preferred.

Experience
Freshers: Candidates with an interest in event planning and management are welcome.
Experienced: Candidates with prior experience in event management, exhibitions, weddings, or corporate events will be preferred.
