Job Responsibilities
Manage the company’s social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Create attractive promotional posts, banners, reels, videos, and marketing content.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Handle Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Google Ads.
Generate leads for solar products and services.
Monitor campaign performance, lead quality, and conversion rates.
Manage website content, SEO, and Google Business Profile.
Coordinate with the sales and calling teams for lead follow-up.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing performance reports.
Maintain the company’s brand image across all digital platforms.
Required Skills
Knowledge of social media marketing.
Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research.




Knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ads and Google Ads.
Graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, AI, or similar tools.
Basic video editing skills using CapCut, VN, or similar applications.
Valuable content writing and communication skills.
Knowledge of lead generation and campaign management.
Basic Excel and Google Sheets skills for reporting.
Ability to analyse marketing data and improve campaign performance.
Creativity, time management, and teamwork.
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any stream; candidates with a digital marketing certification will be preferred.
Relevant experience or practical project work will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
