Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication and workshop activities.
Read and understand fabrication drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Monitor cutting, welding, fitting, drilling, and assembly work.
Ensure fabrication work is completed as per required dimensions, quality, and schedule.
Manage and allocate manpower, tools, and materials at the fabrication site/workshop.
Coordinate with engineers, project in-charge, and site teams for smooth execution.
Inspect fabricated structures/components and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with safety procedures.
Maintain daily work progress, manpower, material, and production records.
Identify fabrication issues and coordinate for timely rectification.
Ensure housekeeping and proper maintenance of fabrication equipment and tools.
