We are looking for motivated and responsible 12th-pass freshers to join our Operations / Warehouse & Inventory team. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory handling, stock management, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, check, and organize incoming stock/material.
Pick, pack, and dispatch products as per requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
Perform regular stock counting and physical verification.
Update inventory details in Excel/software/system.
Ensure proper storage and labeling of products.
Coordinate with the Operations, Dispatch, and other internal teams.
Identify and report stock mismatches, damages, or shortages.
Maintain cleanliness, safety,
and proper organization of the warehouse.
Follow company SOPs and operational processes.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel is preferred.
Valuable communication and basic numerical skills.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
Ability to handle physical warehouse activities when required.
