The job responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

IT Infrastructure and Technical Support
Provide desktop and laptop troubleshooting support across MUR, RMD and ESD divisions.
Install, configure and maintain Windows operating systems and application software.
Resolve hardware, software, printer and peripheral-related issues.
Handle Outlook configuration, troubleshooting and user support.

Network and Security Management
Manage and troubleshoot LAN, WAN and network connectivity issues.
Monitor and maintain firewall configurations across all divisions.
Ensure network security, availability and performance.

Systems and Surveillance Management
Administer and support CCTV systems, including monitoring and troubleshooting.
Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and upgrades of IT infrastructure.
Support ERP users and resolve day-to-day system-related issues.

Helpdesk and IT Operations
Manage and resolve IT support requests through the ticketing system.
Ensure timely closure of IT tickets and user complaints.
Maintain IT assets, user accounts and system documentation.




Provide technical support and training to users on IT systems and applications.

Mandatory Requirements
Solid knowledge of Desktop and Laptop Troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience in LAN/WAN Network Management.
Knowledge of Firewall Administration and Network Security.
Experience in CCTV System Management.
Positive understanding of Outlook troubleshooting and user support.
Experience in IT Ticketing Tools and Helpdesk Operations.
Knowledge of Windows installation, configuration and software troubleshooting.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to support users across multiple locations/divisions.
ERP knowledge will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
Manufacturing industry background preferred.
BCS, B.E. (IT), or equivalent qualification preferred.
Exposure to ERP systems and IT infrastructure management.
