Manage daily factory work & make sure everything runs smoothly
Supervise purchase: buy raw materials at best price & maintain stock
Handle production: quality control & less wastage
Ensure cleanliness & follow company rules
Manage factory staff & maintain discipline
Handle stock, packing, and dispatch of goods
Reporting to Management:
Provide daily/weekly updates on production, stock levels, and dispatch
Report any issues in operations, quality, or manpower
Share basic cost tracking and suggestions for efficiency improvement
Maintain proper records and documentation for review
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
