Required Skills
Robust background in machine learning fundamentals, including deep learning, large language models, and recommender systems
Strong experience in validation processes, defect management, and the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Solid knowledge of Ubuntu and Yocto Linux environments
Experience working with open-source frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and ONNX Runtime
Experience in profiling machine learning workloads
Prior experience executing validation plans for AI/ML compute stacks such as HIP, CUDA, OpenCL, OpenVINO, ONNX Runtime, and TensorFlow/PyTorch integrations
Experience validating end-to-end AI pipelines, including:
Model conversion (e.g., PyTorch to ONNX)
Inference runtimes (e.g., ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, ROCm/HIP)
Compilers and toolchains (e.g., TVM, Vitis AI, XDNA, XLA)
Kernel execution, memory transfers, and inference result validation
Strong Python programming skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive and creative approach
Experience with production-level software quality assurance practices, methodologies, and procedures
Robust ownership of deliverables, excellent communication skills, and experience working with global teams
