Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
Drive the development and refinement of business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their skilled growth.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
Solid analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.




Experience in designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions.
Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making.
Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Capability to guide and influence cross-functional teams during transformation initiatives.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
