Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new Franchise Partners through field visits, references, networking and market mapping.
Generate franchise leads through channel partners, insurance agents, advisors, brokers and local business networks.
Conduct extensive feet-on-street activities to identify prospective franchise owners.
Meet prospective franchisees, understand their business/investment profile and present the franchise chance.
Manage the complete sales cycle Lead Generation Meeting Presentation Negotiation Closure Franchise Onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners and referral/channel networks.
Develop territory-wise franchise acquisition strategies and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify potential franchise locations and business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, commercial discussions,



onboarding and franchise activation.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline, daily field activity and conversion reports.

Candidate Profile

Must Have:
Experience in Insurance Sales / Agency Sales / Bancassurance / Direct Sales / Channel Sales.
Strong field sales / feet-on-street experience.
Proven experience working with channel partners, agents, advisors, brokers or distributors.
Solid B2B/B2C sales and relationship-building skills.
Experience in lead generation and converting prospects into business partners.
Highly comfortable with field travel and face-to-face meetings.
Solid negotiation, presentation and closing skills.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-performance sales workplace.
