Key Responsibilities
Drive rider recruitment to meet business demand.
Ensure adequate and active fleet availability for daily and peak-hour operations.
Manage delivery partner onboarding, activation, and retention.
Monitor fleet performance, productivity, and operational KPIs.
Ensure a solid understanding of Last-Mile (LM) operations and delivery workflows.
Identify supply gaps and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For
Robust recruitment and people management skills.
Basic knowledge of Last-Mile logistics and operations.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage rider supply in a fast-paced, field-oriented setting.
Preferred Candidates:Applicants based in Coimbatore will be preferred.
