Coordinate and deploy field service engineers to customer sites.
Handle customer service calls, complaints and breakdown requirements.
Schedule AMC, AVS, preventive maintenance and routine service visits.
Follow up with engineers regarding site attendance, work progress and completion.
Coordinate with customers regarding engineer visits and service status.
Track open, pending and completed service calls.
Maintain service reports and customer/service documentation.
Coordinate with Stores/Purchase for required spares and materials.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS for engineer deployment and service activities.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of service issues.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
