Modo Caldo is looking for a Fashion Designer & Merchandiser Intern who is creative, organised and highly attentive to detail, with a solid eye for fashion and an excellent command of fashion illustration.
What You’ll Do
Assist in the end-to-end management of production , from sampling and sourcing to final garment completion.
Assist with designing and developing collections , including research, concept development and garment detailing.
Create high-quality fashion sketches and technical illustrations for designs and production.
Coordinate with vendors, artisans and production teams to ensure timely execution and quality.
Assist in managing stockists , including inventory, orders, dispatches and communication.
Maintain production,
sampling and merchandising records and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
What We’re Looking For
Strong fashion design fundamentals and exceptional sketching skills .
Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics and finishes.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
A sharp eye for detail and a genuine interest in fashion.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on studio environment.
