Responsibilities and Duties
Lead the development of complex Flutter applications from concept to deployment.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance as needed.
Drive architectural decisions and ensure adherence to best practices.
Leading the application testing effort.
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines.
Candidate may require doing communication with the client for any kind of project related discussion

Skills
In-depth knowledge of Flutter framework internals and architecture.
Robust understanding of software design patterns and principles.
Experience with performance optimization, memory management, and debugging.
Positive understanding of state management, Flutter flavors and app architecture.
Proven leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team workplace.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
