Roles and Responsibilities
Implement shrinkage control measures to minimize losses and optimize profitability.
Manage daily store operations, ensuring effective floor management and inventory control.
Oversee grocery department operations, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure effective communication with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in store operations.

Candidates with solid FMCG/Grocery/Departmental Retail experience, excellent team-handling skills, customer focus and a valuable understanding of supermarket/hypermarket operations will be preferred.
