Role Description

This is a role for a Fundraiser based in VIzag, This is a performance-based chance where individuals can earn incentives based on the funds they raise for the organization.

The role involves planning and executing fundraising campaigns, engaging with potential donors, and building long-term relationships. In addition, the intern will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of donations, tracking financial contributions,



and supporting transparency in financial reporting.

Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying donor opportunities, preparing outreach content, organizing fundraising initiatives, maintaining donation records, generating basic reports, and contributing to both online and offline engagement strategies.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with donors and stakeholders
Basic understanding of financial record-keeping and attention to detail
Research and analytical skills to identify potential donors and prospects
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital campaigning
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and reports of funds raised
Event planning and coordination skills
Commitment to social impact and the mission of the organization
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setup
Prior experience in volunteering, fundraising, or nonprofit work is a plus
