Blue Poppy is seeking a punctual, attentive, and service-oriented Food Runner to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen to guests' tables. The candidate will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain smooth restaurant operations, uphold food presentation standards, and provide guests with a warm and qualified dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
Collect prepared food and beverages from the kitchen pass and deliver them promptly to the correct tables.
Verify food items against Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs) before serving to ensure order accuracy.
Familiarize yourself with the menu,
including Tibetan, Himalayan, and other Asian dishes served at Blue Poppy.
Coordinate with chefs, waiters, and the Guest Manager to ensure timely and organized food service.
Check the presentation, completeness, and quality of dishes before taking them to guests.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
