Key Responsibilities HR Operations:
Employee onboarding and joining formalities
Employee documentation and record management
HRMS management
Attendance and leave management
Payroll coordination and salary processing
Employee perks administration – PF, ESIC, Insurance, Gratuity, etc.
Issuing offer, appointment, experience and relieving letters
Exit management and Full & Final Settlement
HR compliance and labour law documentation
Maintaining employee files and HR reports
Handling employee queries related to HR policies and perks
Key Requirement:
Solid payroll expertise is mandatory. Candidates should have hands-on experience in payroll processing, statutory compliances and related HR operations.
