Job Summary

Rubystone Hospitality is looking for a professional and guest-oriented Front Office Associate to manage front desk operations, ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures, and deliver excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and provide a professional first impression.
Handle guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and room allocation.
Manage guest inquiries, requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain accurate guest records, registration forms, and front office documentation.
Handle billing, payments, invoices, and cash transactions accurately.
Manage telephone calls, emails, and booking-related queries.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, guest verification procedures, and hospitality standards.
Maintain a clean,



organized, and qualified front desk.
Support upselling of rooms and hotel services wherever appropriate.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong guest-handling and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems and PMS.
Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
Good grooming, professional attitude, and customer service orientation.
Ability to work in shifts and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hotel or resort.
Robust understanding of front office operations.
Ability to work effectively with a team and maintain service standards.
