Role & responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
Develop sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR assessments.
Coordinate interviews and drive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate compensation and manage offer rollouts.
Ensure smooth onboarding and joining of selected candidates.
Prepare and publish daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in BFSI Hiring / Bulk Hiring
Excellent command over excel
WFO Only.
