Responsibilities
Accurately dispense medications as per prescription or indents Raise pharmacy requisition slips based on medication requirements to maintain stock levels.
Receive stock from stores and verify the quantity, batch number, expiry, and other details against the issue slips.
Perform daily physical verification of stocks to ensure accuracy with the computer records.
Take stock of short-expiry medicines once a month to avoid stock wastage.
Conduct a stock check of non-moving medicines every six months
Requirements: B. Pharmacy, or D. Pharmacy qualification with PCI registration.
2 years above experience is mandatory
