The Product Development Executive will support short-term product development initiatives under the guidance of the Technical Manager. This role involves hands-on testing, evaluation, and formulation of products using recent raw materials, along with benchmarking and analytical reporting.
Key Responsibilities-
Assist in executing product development, testing, and evaluation tasks.
Analyze and integrate recent raw materials (e.g., pigments, resins, additives) into formulations.
Conduct benchmarking studies and compile analytical reports.
Learn and apply methodologies related to product development and testing.
Lab evaluations within timelines & experimentations for recent products and cost savings
Adherence to safety, 5S practices in lab and lab processes
Reports for benchmarking including application testing
Ensure update benchmarking studies of competitor products
