We are looking for an engaging, knowledgeable HR Trainer to design and deliver training in core HR functions and workplace skills. You will help learners and employees build practical, job-ready capabilities through classroom, online, and on-the-job sessions.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver training on HR topics such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll basics, performance management, labour compliance, and employee relations
Develop training content, including presentations, handouts, case studies, role-plays, assessments, and trainer guides
Conduct training needs analysis and map programs to learning outcomes
Facilitate soft-skills sessions on communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and interview skills
Evaluate learner progress through assessments, feedback, and post-training follow-up
Keep content current with changes in labour laws, HR technology, and industry practice
Maintain attendance, training records, and progress reports
Mentor participants and support placement or career-readiness activities (if applicable)





Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
3 years of experience in HR
Solid grasp of end-to-end HR processes and Indian labour law basics
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and virtual platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams)

Preferred Skills
Train-the-Trainer or similar certification
Familiarity with HRIS tools and HR analytics
Experience designing curricula or e-learning content
Fluency in English and [regional language, e.g., Malayalam/Hindi]
