Role & responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, receivables, and payables.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Review expenses and ensure proper financial controls and approvals.
Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, Audit.
Coordinate with auditors and support internal and statutory audits.
Lead and supervise the Finance &
Accounts team.
Monitor outstanding customer payments and coordinate for timely collections.
Review vendor payments and ensure payments are processed on time.
Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to management.
Identify areas for cost control and savings.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure proper documentation.
Handle financial queries from management, employees, customers, and vendors.




Review the teams work and ensure deadlines are met.
Support management with financial planning and decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile:
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CA / CMA / MBA Finance will be an added advantage.
Above 7 years of experience in Finance &
Accounts.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles &
Tax compliance.
Positive knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Audit.
Experience in Tally and MS Excel.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.
