We are looking for a hands-on Hub Manager EV Operations to manage the day-to-day operations of our EV fleet hub. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing people, vehicles, and operational targets in a quick-paced EV mobility environment.
Role & responsibilities
Driver hiring, onboarding and daily management
Manage a team of 5 hub/operations staff
Monitor vehicle availability, utilization and readiness
Coordinate vehicle service, maintenance and breakdowns
Plan and manage daily EV charging schedules
Monitor driver and vehicle performance
Maintain daily operational MIS and reports
Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and safety standards
Requirements:
3 - 7 years of experience in fleet, logistics, transportation or EV operations
Experience managing drivers and field teams
Positive communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and operational reports
EV fleet experience will be an advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
