We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our Real Estate Development Company, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience.

Key Responsibilities :
End-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Attendance, leave and payroll coordination
Employee records and HR documentation
Employee relations and grievance handling
Performance appraisal and exit formalities
HR MIS and management reporting

Requirements :
Graduate / MBA-HR preferred
Minimum 5 years of HR experience
Experience in a Real Estate Development Company preferred
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Positive knowledge of MS Office / HRMS




Ability to independently handle HR operations

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
