Candidate Requirements
6+ months of experience in email support, e.g., Google Workspace, Exchange or IT Engineer / IT Support (optional)
Good understanding of Google Workspace Admin Console (optional)
Quick learning skills
Basic knowledge of Gmail, Google Drive, Google Meet, Google Calendar, Groups & User Management
Good communication and troubleshooting skills
Robust IT background with a customer-support mindset
Solid knowledge of Windows/Mac OS
Robust IT background with a customer-support mindset
100% Work from office
Ability to handle and resolve user issues effectively.
