Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment and administrative HR functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes along with supporting daily HR operations to ensure smooth organizational functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires
HR Operations & Administration:
Manage employee records, attendance, and documentation
Handle joining formalities, exit formalities, and HR documentation
Support payroll inputs and compliance coordination
Maintain HR policies and ensure adherence
Manage employee engagement activities and internal communication
Employee Support:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries
Assist in resolving workplace concerns and maintaining a positive work environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1+ year of experience in recruitment and HR admin
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable understanding of hiring platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic knowledge of HR processes, payroll, and compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR tools
