Distrikt 9 Hotels & Resorts is looking for a dedicated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team in Palakkad, Kerala. The ideal candidate should be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction while ensuring a comfortable and pleasant environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas.
Ensure all rooms and public areas meet the hotel's cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities as required.
Handle cleaning equipment and housekeeping supplies properly.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost and found items to the supervisor.
Follow hotel procedures for hygiene, safety, and sanitation.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
Coordinate with the housekeeping team and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
Robust attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow hotel standards.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
