About the Role

Bloom Hotels is looking for a proactive and guest-focused Front Office Team Leader to supervise daily front desk operations, support the front office team, and ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily front office operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
Lead, guide, and support Front Office Associates to ensure productive operations and service quality.
Ensure all guests receive a warm welcome and prompt, professional assistance.
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and escalations effectively.
Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure room readiness and smooth operations.
Monitor room availability, occupancy, room allocation, and guest requests.
Ensure accurate guest billing, cash handling, payment processing, and shift handovers.




Maintain guest records and ensure accurate updates in the Property Management System (PMS).
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, service standards, and company policies.
Support the Duty Manager and Front Office Manager in achieving operational targets and guest satisfaction goals.
Assist in staff training, shift planning, and maintaining team discipline.

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in front office operations, preferably in a hotel.
Prior supervisory or team-handling experience will be an advantage.
Robust communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of hotel PMS, reservations, billing, and front desk procedures.
Ability to handle guest concerns and operational challenges calmly.
Guest-centric attitude with a skilled and presentable approach.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
