QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
Licensed engineer or equivalent certification
With experience in Detailed Engineering Design (DED) of road or highway projects.
With experience in IFI or ODA projects especially within Southeast Asia.
Must be willing to be assigned overseas during the duration of the project.
Relevant trainings /seminars/workshops are advantageous.
