We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager – Fixed Deposits to lead our Fixed Deposit business, drive deposit mobilization, develop customer relationships, and expand the company's deposit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to increase Fixed Deposit mobilization and business growth.
Lead, manage, and motivate the deposit sales team to achieve business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, financial consultants, and business associates.
Identify current business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Monitor team performance, deposit inflows, renewals, and customer retention.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to improve deposit growth.
Coordinate with branch managers and other departments to achieve organizational goals.
Prepare regular business performance reports and present them to senior management.
Ensure compliance with applicable company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support the team in achieving monthly and annual deposit targets.

Qualifications and Experience




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience in Fixed Deposit mobilization, banking, NBFCs, or financial services.
Prior experience in team management and business development is preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to develop business strategies and achieve targets.

Preferred Candidate
Proven track record in deposit mobilization and business development.
Strong network of customers and financial consultants.
Target-oriented with excellent team leadership skills.

10 years of experience in this field.
