Key Responsibilities :-
Recruit GPs, physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, therapists and other clinical specialists.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases and direct sourcing.
Manage candidate screening, interviews and recruitment pipelines.
Work closely with clients and candidates across the UK, Canada and Australia.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
Requirements:-
37 years of healthcare recruitment experience.
International recruitment experience preferred.
Solid sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Valuable understanding of UK, Canada or Australia healthcare markets.
Excellent communication and target-oriented approach.
