We are looking for an experienced HR qualified to lead the HR function and partner with management to drive business and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end HR function, including Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Payroll coordination and Compliance.
Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring effective performance and delivery.
Drive manpower planning, recruitment, sourcing, selection and onboarding.
Oversee statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Gratuity and Labour Laws.
Manage performance appraisals, KRA/KPI, employee engagement and retention.
Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
Monitor HR MIS, attrition, headcount and other HR metrics.

Requirements:
58 years of overall HR experience with proven team management exposure.
Robust experience in end-to-end HR operations and Talent Acquisition.
Knowledge of statutory compliance, performance management and employee relations.
Solid leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors would be preferred.
