Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations and staff.
Ensure high-quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction.
Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
Check cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals before and after each job.
Ensure proper use of cleaning materials and safety procedures.
Inspect completed work and maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with customers regarding service requirements and feedback.
Maintain attendance, work reports, and daily service records.
Report operational issues and equipment requirements to management.

Requirements
Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping supervision is preferred.
Valuable communication and team management skills.
Ability to manage staff and complete work within scheduled time.
Responsible, punctual, and customer-oriented.
Willingness to travel to customer locations.
Valid driving licence is an advantage

Pay: ₹19,000.00 per month
