Position: Head – Human Resources

Reports To: Director / CEO / Business Head

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in HR, including 2+ years in a team-lead role

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

We are looking for a results-driven HR Head to lead the Human Resources function and act as a strategic partner to the management team. The role oversees the full employee lifecycle, builds a robust people culture, ensures statutory compliance, and aligns HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and processes aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution.
Oversee performance management, including goal setting, appraisal cycles and feedback mechanisms.
Design and administer compensation, perks and rewards structures; ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Drive employee engagement,



retention and culture-building initiatives.
Identify training needs and lead learning & development and succession planning programs.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, POSH, etc.).
Oversee payroll, HR operations and HRIS; maintain accurate employee records and HR MIS.
Prepare and manage the HR budget; track HR metrics such as attrition, time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Lead, mentor and develop the HR team.
Advise senior management on organizational design, change management and people-related decisions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
