Job Overview
We are looking for a responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise housekeeping staff, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily housekeeping activities.
Allocate duties and monitor housekeeping staff performance.
Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
Train staff on cleaning procedures and safety practices.
Monitor linen, toiletries,
and cleaning-material inventory.
Coordinate with Front Office regarding room status.
Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs.
Handle guest housekeeping requests and concerns.
Maintain cleaning checklists and daily inspection records.
