: HR Intern

Location: Noida, Sector 125

Experience: 0–6 Months

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews, follow-ups, documentation, and joining formalities.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and recruitment trackers.
Assist with onboarding and induction of current employees.
Support HR in attendance, employee engagement, and other HRMS-related activities.




Assist in preparing HR letters, documents, reports, and other employee-related records.
Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
Assist with background verification and employee documentation.
Handle routine HR queries and coordinate with employees for necessary requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential employee information responsibly.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.

Pay: ₹96,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
