Key Responsibilities

Handle customer travel queries professionally.

Assist with flight reservations and ticketing.

Learn and work on GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

Understand basic travel processes, fare rules, and ticketing procedures.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requirements.

Maintain accuracy while handling bookings and customer information.

Follow company processes and service standards.

Eligibility

Any Graduate / relevant educational qualification.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Valuable communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Valuable attitude, problem-solving ability, and customer-handling skills.

Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts, if required.
