Key Responsibilities

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.
Manage multiple requirements and maintain recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closures as per client requirements.

Candidate Requirements
Mandatory experience in BFSI recruitment.
Positive knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening.
Solid communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.
